Illoura is located adjacent to the Pacific Highway at the southern end of Berowra. Illoura, meaning a peaceful place, borders on the Berowra Valley Bushland. The Estate has 59 home sites, with a Clubhouse, Swimming Pool, Tennis Court, Childrens Plaground, BBQ facilities and walking tracks.

If so, the Illoura Executive Committee and Residents have much pleasure in welcoming you to Illoura. As part of your welcome kit we invite you to complete the following form, New Residents Form. You will then be registered on the Illoura Community Website for access to all pages and services provided by the website.
In addition to our Residents register, we acknowledge each month the birthdays of our younger residents. If you have children up to the age of 18 years and would like them to be included in our Monthly Birthday Bulletin, then please enter their date of birth in the appropriate column on the registration form.
